Shortly after the city’s incorporation, St. Joseph became an important stop for pioneers bound for California who needed to stock their wagon trains. And the city has remained an important trade center through today. Those early trading posts have since been replaced by large enclosed malls, charming shopping districts and interesting antique stores, but the excitement of shopping is still a part of the St. Joseph experience.
This shop is located in the old downtown shopping area of St. Joseph in what used to be a tavern and cafe. Their specialty is glass ware and they have lots of it.
